Inked.

Inked is a cosmetic line made for anyone that wants to keep their tattoos looking “end of session” fresh. Enhance tattoo brightness with our cream, balm and oil after one use.

Inspiration for primary visual elements are showcased below. I wanted to stay aligned with heavy line-work and contrasting colors as shown.

The image to the left is a drawing process and brainstorming as to how main packaging would look. During this process I ran into problems such as repetitiveness of flower elements plus adding in entirely new elements such as the snakes lightly drawn out. When I brought this image into illustrator, I decided to keep main focus on the logo, skull hands and keep the flower elements almost as a background pattern. To meet the same mood as the visual elements, the logo is a bit chunky and rustic without it over powering the other elements but fitting to look like organized chaos.
